A long walk south through deserted parks: the start of the fountain water conduit, the ruins of the Rose Pavilion, meadows with ponds and the "temple on a podium" on Babigon Hill. You can take a bus back.
Stops
- The start of the fountain water conduit — From here the water flows by gravity to the fountains of the Lower Park.
- Ruins of the Pink Pavilion — A romantic pavilion with a tower on the site of Peter's guardhouse.
- Meadow Park — Reservoir ponds turned into a romantic landscape.
- The Belvedere on Babigon — An ancient temple on a high podium — a viewing point for Nicholas I.
- Church of Tsarina Alexandra — The last building of the Meadow Park, on the top of Babigon.
